Ms. Warne is President of Matrix New World Engineering, Inc. and is responsible for the direction and operations of the firm. Ms Warne has directed diverse and complex environmental and geotechnical projects. Today, Matrix New World Engineering is a full-service engineering firm, and the largest and most respected woman-owned consulting firm in the Northeastern United States.

Ms. Warne is currently a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey and New York. She also is a UST certified by the NJDEP and has OSHA training.
