High Hotels Ltd. breaks ground on Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, part of the mixed-use Crossings
Manheim Twp., PA — High Hotels Ltd. has broken ground on a Residence Inn by Marriott hotel, part of the mixed-use Crossings at Conestoga Creek development across from Long's Park in Manheim Township.
East Lampeter Township-based High Real Estate Group LLC, a subsidiary of High Companies, is developing the Crossings project.
In addition to the 127-room hotel, the development will include 258 luxury apartments and 210,000 s/f of retail and restaurant space.
