OAKMONT, PA — Pete Brothers, survey manager and 3D laser scanning manager at R.A. Smith National — a nationwide, multi-disciplined civil and structural engineering and surveying firm — has attained his Professional Land Surveyor (Prof. L.S.) license in the state of Maryland. He manages all surveying services out of R.A. Smith National’s Oakmont office. Brothers has more than 24 years of experience on a wide range of surveying projects.
