Snyder concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate Transactions.
Snyder represents buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, developers and investors, and lenders throughout the country. A significant part of his practice focuses on retail, office and industrial leasing, sales and acquisitions of all types of commercial and residential projects, creating and documenting condominiums and planned communities, preparing partnership and other joint venture agreements, and negotiating financing transactions. He built his practice by listening to client needs, being efficient without compromising quality, and developing long-lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.

Farrell concentrates her practice in the areas of land use, land development and zoning of commercial, public and residential real estate.
Farrell represents private developers throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey before municipal board, state and federal agencies, and in state courts.
