Wisnoski of Equity Retail Brokers represents the Cato Corporation in lease


WASHINGTON TWP., NJEquity Retail Brokers agent George Wisnoski announced that Cato Fashions has joined the premier lineup of tenants at Cross Keys Commons shopping center in Washington Township.

Wisnoski represented The Cato Corporation in leasing 4,000 s/f in the WalMart, Ross, Marshalls, Famous Footwear and Dress Barn anchored center. Cross Keys Commons is 216,428 s/f and is located in one of Camden County’s busiest retail destinations along Rte. 42. Situated in Washington Township’s Turnersville section, this thriving commercial corridor is one of the region’s most vibrant retail hubs.

Cato Fashion is a leading specialty retailer of women’s fashion apparel and accessories operating three brands; Cato Fashions, IT’s Fashion/Fashion Metro and Versona Accessories. The stores offer quality women’s fashion and accessories at an attractive price point. The Cato Corporation operates approximately 1,300 stores in 31 states. The company’s annual plan calls to open 70 to 80 new stores.

Currently Cato Fashions has locations in central Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Delaware, and is looking for fashion anchored centers with a grocery component for expansion opportunities in the Philadelphia Region.
