515 Plainfield Ave is a multi-tenant, 32,000 s/f, class B office building located less than 1 mile from the Edison train station. Senior vice president Robert Dinner brokered the transaction. “The seller was able to achieve market value and the buyer was able to acquire a building they can partially occupy. The deal was a great opportunity for both parties.” said Dinner. The building sold for $3.1 million dollars. Dinner and NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. have been retained as listing agent for the property.
