PARAMUS, NJ — The Goldstein Group represented both Columbia Bank and the owner in the leasing of a 3,200 s/f space at 110 Rte. 4 in Paramus. Principal, Neil Goldstein, and sales associate, Greg Panayoti, were responsible for the deal.
Representing the owner, The Goldstein Group handled the leasing of 3,820 s/f at 120 Rte. 22 in Springfield, NJ. president, Chuck Lanyard was responsible for the transaction.
• Moe’s Southwest Grill – On behalf of the retailer, The Goldstein Group leased 2,100 sf at College Plaza at 98 Route 59 in Nanuet, NY. Sales Associate, Scott Milich, was responsible for the deal.
• CKO Kickboxing – On behalf of the owner, The Goldstein Group leased 3,720 sf at Ramapo Plaza at 771 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne, NJ. Vice President, Donald Goldstein, brokered the transaction.
• Leisure Fitness – Representing the owner, The Goldstein Group leased 4,800 sf at Chadwell Plaza on Route 10 in East Hanover, NJ. President, Chuck Lanyard, was responsible for the deal.
