Markeim Chalmers sells Susquehanna Bank branch in a triple net deal in Mount Laurel, NJ


MOUNT LAUREL, NJ Markeim Chalmers, Inc., a leading commercial real estate, appraisals and property management firm in the Philadelphia Metropolitan Area, announces the following transaction in Mount Laurel.

The 3,000 s/f bank branch, located at 160 Mt. Holly By-Pass, Lumberton, NJ (Burlington County), was sold for an undisclosed price. Seth Hersh, vice president of Markeim Chalmers, represented the buyer, a private LLC. Hersh also represented the seller, a provate LLC. SELLER: Private LLC

The 3,000 s/f branch was sold with a long-term lease in place with Susquehanna Bank. This transaction continues to place Markeim at the forefront of investment sales in South Jersey. Bank branches with long-term leases provide a high credit safe haven for investors with patient money and steady goals. Susquehanna Bank is currently under an agreement to be purchased by BB&T Bank pending federal regulatory approval.
