It has been an exciting year for Beacon Commercial Real Estate thus far. We moved our offices from the Radnor Corporate Center to the Radnor Station complex, located just around the corner at 290 King of Prussia Road in Radnor. We have added a new administrative assistant, Jacalyn Talotta, as well as a new director of marketing, Stacey Caldwell. Both bring a level of commitment and tenacity that fits perfectly with Beacon’s philosophy. We have also hired a full time Director of Property Services, Clete MacDonald, and have acquired additional properties for our full-service property management arm.- Gene McHale with Beacon represented the landlord, Tishman Speyer in the signing of a new 5,000 s/f, long-term lease for Good Shepherd and for the renewal of the Global Insurance lease at Two Bala Plaza- Gene McHale represented the landlord, Maguire & Partners Property Group in the renewal and expansion of the Epic Health lease at One Belmont Avenue as well as the expansion of the InvestEdge space (20,000 s/f) at One Belmont Avenue- Gene McHale represented Jefferson Health in the negotiation of a new long-term lease for just over 17,000 square feet along the Main Line at the Villanova Office Center- Beacon Commercial Real Estate and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, GPX Plymouth Office Properties, LP in the sale of the Plymouth Woods Office Center to Exeter Property Group. Gene and Colin McHale represented Beacon in the transaction- Gene McHale and Colin McHale represented both the seller, MLHF Holdings, LLC and the buyer, 931 Haverford Investors, LLC in the sale of the Haverford Plaza Office Building located at 931 Haverford Road in the Main Line submarket of Bryn Mawr- Gene McHale and Colin McHale represented both the seller, Kat Partners and the buyer, 836 West Lancaster Investors, LLC in the sale of the 836 West Lancaster building located along the Main Line in Bryn Mawr.- Dave Ruffini with Beacon completed three leases totaling over 20,000 s/f the South Philadelphia market- Dave Ruffini with Beacon represented the owner in the sale of the 334-336 North 13th Street property located in the south Philadelphia market for re-development.Now in its 17th year of business, Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC is a privately-owned and managed, full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Radnor, PA.
