Lee & Associates, NJ completes long-term office lease agreement for Lightbridge Academy
PARAMUS, NJ — Lee & Associates, NJ announced that they have successfully completed a long-term office lease transaction for the 1st floor of 45 Eisenhower Dr., a prime Bergen County location, on behalf of Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm that owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey. This is a five-story, 175,000 s/f class A building.
The office space has been leased for a long-term agreement by Lightbridge Academy (earlier known as Rainbow Academy), a family of early learning centers that provides early education and care to children ages six weeks through kindergarten. The long-term lease agreement was handled by Lee & Associate’s senior vice president, David Saltzman, who worked closely with John G. Osborne, executive director of leasing and marketing for Bergman Real Estate Group headquartered in Iselin. Saltzman has over 30 years of brokerage experience throughout Central New Jersey, with extensive experience as partner at both Jacobson Goldfarb and Tanzman, one of New Jersey’s most formidable old line real estate firms, and then with Newmark Knight Frank, after the two firms merged.
Richard Marchisio, president, Lee & Associates, NJ, says: “We are excited about the successful handling of this project. As one of Bergen County’s foremost commercial buildings, 45 Eisenhower, situated in a corporate park setting, provides tremendous accessibility to regional thoroughfares, as well as excellent on-site amenities and tenant services.”
Situated in a corporate park setting between Arcola and Ridgeview Country Clubs, 45 Eisenhower is only minutes away from major highways – such as the Garden State Parkway, Routes 17 and 4, and I-80. For commuting parents, this is a convenient location and access point to drop off and pick up their children to and from their way to work.
The property also provides easy access to Manhattan with just a 30-minute drive from both, the George Washington Bridge and the Lincoln Tunnel. The property also features a full-service cafeteria with patio seating, and a full-time lobby security desk. On-site management, an ATM, interior loading dock, card key access and fiber optics are also value-added conveniences. All common areas of the building were renovated in 2009 and the bathrooms were done in 2010.
