What is your Vision and Strategy in the next year:

Our Vision and strategy in the next year is to expand our service area and continue to build professional affiliations through community involvement and networking. Another focus is to increase our technology to meet client needs and continue to provide the top of the line solutions for all commercial and industrial real estate needs.

Next 5 years: In the next 5 years, we plan to continue to provide the highest quality commercial real estate services and experiences for clients in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. NAI Summit will strive for focused growth within the organization by increasing our numbers and level of services along with expanding our territory. Our key values serve as a compass for our behavior and direct how we conduct our business and manage our relationships. We will stay committed to the building and growth of our current relationships along with a continued focus on creating new relationships throughout the community. To ensure the highest quality service offered, we plan to concentrate on improving employee skill sets with additional internal and external training program opportunities.

What projects are you currently working on: NAI Summit’s current projects include the management of our current portfolio and the leasing and/or sale of our current available properties. We handle all types of locations including industrial, flex, office, retail, distressed properties, land, investment sales and mixed use. Our management portfolio includes Integrated Health Campus, The Plaza at PPL, Riverside Business Center, Main Street Commons, Bethlehem Medical Arts Center, One East Broad, City Line Plaza, Medical Arts Building at Luther Crest, Paragon Center and more.
