Wilkes-Barre, PA — Landmark Commercial Realty / TCN Worldwide has brokered the sale of a 200 unit townhouse community known as Marion Terrace in Wilkes-Barre. Chuck Heller and Drew Bobincheck, CCIM of Landmark Commercial Realty negotiated the transaction on behalf of the sellers, Hanover Associates. Mark Development Co. represented the buyer. AM Enterprise and Mani Sharma purchased Alexander’s Restaurant at 840 Carlisle Rd., York from Alexander & Anthanasia Kouvatsos. The new owner will maintain the same style of dining but add new specialties. Bo Mangam of Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. represented the buyer, and John Birkeland from Rock Commercial represented the seller. The restaurant is 8,600 s/f. Adib Alabasi & Tanya Mohammed have purchased 1.08 acres of land at 6475 Carlisle Pike from FHL 6475 Carlisle Pike, LLC. Mangam negotiated and handled the sale transaction between buyer and seller. Bobincheck and Heller represented the seller in the acquisition of an 11 unit apartment property located at 3004 & 3008 Elm St., Harrisburg. 1924 Market St., LLC recently purchased a commercial building located in Camp Hill. Brenner represented the buyer and Keith Sealover of Keller Williams represented the sellers. Virginia Daire, LP has recently purchased Lot 2A along East Penn Dr. from 1550 Associates, Inc., LLC. The land will be developed into a state of the art, fully automated car wash facility. Bobincheck represented the buyer in this transaction.
