Thor Equities acquires first property in Washington, D.C.
Washington, DC — Thor Equities has signed a contract to acquire its first property in Washington, DC, at 3000 M St. NW in Georgetown.
Formerly the historic Latham Hotel, the 10-story, 125,000 s/f corner building features 280 feet of wraparound frontage on 30th St. and M St., the prime retail corridor in Washington, DC. Thor plans to redevelop the property including the retail space fronting M St. to create a premier flagship location.
