Avenel, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) announced that Fine Italian Foods Inc. has leased 17,360 s/f at 42 Mileed Way in Avenel, a 32,000 s/f industrial property.
BRC senior vice president Herb Zimmerman and Vice President Jeffrey Goldfinger were responsible for the transaction and represented Fine Italian Foods and the landlord. The landlord is Stephen Bartner of 125 Moen Ave. in Cranford.
“Fine Italian Foods will use the space for the distribution of its finely-imported products from Italy to its customers in the New York metro area,” noted Zimmerman. “The company has corporate offices in Naperville, Illinois and is relocating its warehouse from Kearny, New Jersey.”
Totaling 32,000 s/f, 42 Mileed Way is located near Rte. 1-9, the New Jersey Tpke., the Goethals Bridge and Port Newark/Elizabeth. The property offers 20-foot ceiling heights, tailboard and drive-in loading, sits on three acres of land, and provides 25 parking spaces.
