Monroe Twp., NJ — Warner Real Estate & Auction closed escrow on three South Jersey service stations for $1.9 million dollars. The Shell branded sites included 2944 Fries Mill Rd., Monroe Twp., 3-5 South Main St., Woodstown, and 135 East Main St., Penns Grove. The buyer of the sites, Harvinder's Gas, LLC will continue operating two of the three sites under the Shell brand. Richard Warner was the listing and selling agent for the sale.
