Baltimore, MD — Dewberry, a privately held professional services firm, has hired Spencer Lee, PE, as a senior project manager in the firm’s Baltimore, office. In this new capacity, Lee will focus on bridge design and rehabilitation projects, as well as other transportation-related projects.
Having practiced as an engineer for more than 30 years, Lee is experienced in innovative structural design applications. He is currently working on the new Dorsey Mill Rd. Bridge over Interstate 270, which includes dual steel beam bridges with two spans in Montgomery County.
Lee received his master’s degree from Carleton University and his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Beijing University of Civil Engineering. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and serves on ASCE’s Infrastructure Resilience Division committee.
