BOYLESTOWN, PA — Centric Bank is establishing a presence in Bucks County. The bank leased a 2,771± s/f office space in Doylestown Commerce Center on S. Easton Rd. They’ll join other area businesses in the 140,000 s/f class A office campus.
Leasing agent Jonah Pascucci of Richardson Commercial Realtors arranged the transaction on behalf of the property owner, Doylestown Commerce Center LP.
“Centric Bank is leasing space in Bucks County to service existing client needs as well as to take advantage of the growing Bucks County by expanding their commercial lending in this part of suburban Philadelphia,” said Pascucci.
