Lehigh County, PA — Feinberg Real Estate Advisors, LLC and KW Commercial announced that it represented the Borough of Emmaus in the $2.95 million purchase of 33 East Minor St., 10 East Minor St. and 151 East Minor St. in the Borough of Emmaus, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. The properties include Rodale’s former corporate headquarters consisting of a 58,376 square foot office building on 5.09 acres, a 1,260 square foot house converted to an office on a 14,125 square foot lot and a 1.9 acre parking lot. The properties are adjacent to the Emmaus Public Works Department. The Borough plans to develop the property into a municipal complex to allow better collaboration between all the departments including police, fire, administration, planning and recreation. The Borough hopes to be operational in the new facility in the fall of 2016.
