Bucks County, Pa — NAI Mertz vice president Adam Lashner, has earned an SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. The prestigious SIOR designation is a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production and ethics in the real estate industry.

To earn the SIOR Industrial transaction specialist designation, Lashner completed a rigorous training and education process and completed several requirements, which included five years of documented industrial real estate brokerage experience; a 70% transaction volume-of-business based on Gross Fee Income (GFI).and formal endorsements from two active SIOR members.
