Pittsburgh, PA – Ground has broken on Square View Luxury Apartments, Lawrenceville's latest multi-family complex located along Butler Street near Doughboy Square.
The four-story project, designed by Desmone Architects, will feature 12 luxury apartments and 4,300 s/f of street-level retail upon completion in the summer of 2016. It is situated adjacent to the highly-successful Doughboy Square development, home to Senti restaurant, Paul Michael Designs and Pinot's Palate.
John Jackson, a vice president with Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates, Inc. who is marketing the retail portion of the building, said that the available space can easily be subdivided for restaurant or dry retail use.
"This location benefits from tremendous demographics and strong surrounding retailers," Jackson said. "The property offers prime visibility and signage opportunity at what is considered to be the gateway to Lawrenceville."
