Trexlertown, PA – Equity Retail Brokers agent David Goodman (pictured) represented Movie Tavern in purchasing property in Trexlertown, where they plan to construct a 46,500 s/f theater. This will be Movie Tavern’s first location in the Lehigh Valley and its fourth in PA.
The theater, which will be located at 6126 Hamilton Blvd. in Allentown will be an anchor tenant of a planned 32,000 s/f retail center developed by Jaindl Land Co. It is anticipated that with both construction and future operations, the cinema-eatery will create 150 full-time and part-time jobs in the Lehigh Valley.
