Reading, PA — Liberty Environmental, Inc., a full-service environmental engineering and consulting firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Hafer Environmental Services, Inc., an environmental consulting firm located in Reading, PA.
“This acquisition fuels continued growth of our site assessment and remediation practice areas. We are thrilled to add the experienced staff from Hafer Environmental Services and build upon our client base in the region,” shared James Cinelli, P.E., BCEE, and president of Liberty.
With former Hafer Environmental Services owner, Christopher Kern, P.G., and senior environmental scientist Michael Bingaman both joining Liberty, the transfer will be seamless for existing Hafer clients. Both have more than 20 years of experience in site assessment, site characterization, storage tank management, and soil and groundwater remediation.
The acquisition of Hafer Environmental Services is the second acquisition by Liberty in the past three years. The purchase brings the total number of employees to 30.
