PHILADELPHIA, PA —PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate has negotiated four lease agreements for 32,240 s/f of office space at Rodin Place, 2000 Hamilton St.
The brokerage team of Keith Kiner and Michael Anderson at PernaFrederick arranged all of the space contracts as agents for Rodin Market Partners, the building owner.
The Free Library of Philadelphia is moving into 19,400 s/f under a long-term agreement, while in the second space contract, Dress for Success has moved into 5,000 s/f under an agreement co-brokered by Cathryn Coate of Colliers International who represented Dress for Success.
College Possible has opened offices in some 4,000 s/f under a lease co-brokered by Margo Mocarski of CRESA Partners.
