Long Island Industrial signs lease with FLOS Lighting
SYOSSET, NY — Long Island Industrial, which owns and operates a mixed portfolio of commercial properties across Long Island, announced a new lease for 23,000 s/f with FLOS Lighting at 99 Lafayette Dr. in central Syosset.
An Italian manufacturer of contemporary lighting fixtures, FLOS Lighting will relocate from a facility in Huntington Station, New York. With more than 50 years of history, FLOS products have been included in many permanent collections of design and art museums all over the world.
Dan Marcus, associate director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented FLOS Lighting, while Tommy Tsiolis, director of leasing for Long Island Industrial, represented the landlord in the transaction. “The property’s strategic location between two major routes was an integral factor in FLOS Lighting’s decision to relocate operations to 99 Lafayette,” said Tsiolis. “We look forward to building a relationship and providing the highest level of service to our new tenant.”
