Joseph Manko of MGKF presented Climate Change program


Philadelphia, PA — Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox founding partner Joseph Manko, presented “Climate Change: True? Inconvenient? How Should We Respond? to the Golden Sages at Bryn Mawr College on Thursday , October 29. Manko, also a former EPA regional counsel and Penn Law professor, discussed his analysis of climate change, its local and world-wide effects, past and present responses, and what needs to be done moving into the future. Manko has more than 40 years of experience advising clients on environmental matters involving real estate transactions and development, regulatory permitting and compliance, environmental reporting and alternative dispute resolution. Community commitment has always been at the forefront for Manko who currently co-chairs the Mayor’s Sustainability Advisory Board as well as Project Leadership Committee of the Audubon Pennsylvania and Outward Bound Philadelphia project to preserve the City’s East Park Reservoir. He also serves as a vice president and member of the executive committee and board of the Fairmount Park Conservancy, in addition to being on the board of the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Philadelphia Film Society.
