Equity Retail Brokers represents Starbucks
Conshohocken, PA — Rich Zeller, Rob Samtmann and Brian Wherty of Equity Retail Brokers recently represented Starbucks in leasing two locations with a total of 3,976 s/f on the Main Line in PA. Zeller, Samtmann and Wherty represented Starbucks in leasing 1,760 s/f in a Whole Foods anchored development in Wynnewood, PA. The store opened in January 2016. In addition, a 2,216 s/f store opened in Villanova Center, a shopping center located between Rte. 476 and Villanova University on the Main Line. It is part of a newly constructed 32,000 s/f two-story retail/office building. Over the past five years, Equity Retail Brokers has assisted Starbucks in opening five locations across the Main Line. Equity Retail Brokers currently represents Starbucks in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. The Starbucks story began in 1971 with a single store in Seattle’s Pike Place Market.
