(CBRE) announced that the team of Matthew Gorman and Michael Shover have brokered the sales of three Sheetz properties in the month of February, totaling $5.7 million. The three Sheetz are located in Altoona, Pennsylvania (6,500 s/f), Ebensburg, Pennsylvania (4,997 s/f) and Burlington, North Carolina (4,200 s/f).
