Sitar Realty Company sells 38,000 s/f industrial building for $4.1 million


ISELIN, NJ — Sitar Realty Company, Iselin, New Jersey announced the following real estate sales transactions:

The sale of a 38,000 s/f industrial building at 2231 Landmark Place, Wall, NJ from CIC Development LLC to J&J Landmark LLC. The sale price was $4.1 million. Robert JanTausch, Douglas Sitar, and William Sitar Sr. were the salespeople. The sale of a 20,000 s/f industrial building at 1292 Rte. 9, Howell from Marton Truck, Inc. to Lanigan Properties, LLC. The sale price was $2.667 million. Giorgio Vasilis and Bill Sitar Jr. were the salespeople. Three office leases totaling 15,615 s/f at 242 Old New Brunswick Rd., Piscataway: Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, Inc. leased 8,071 s/f; ABM Janitorial Services Northeast, Inc. leased 5,394 s/f; and MLB Residential Lending, LLC leased 2,150 s/f. Robert Bogash and Douglas Sitar were the salespeople. The lease of 12,739 s/f of industrial space at 2350 Rte. 34, Wall, from Sudler Iorio LLC by NRG Home Solar. Ronald Schrader Jr. was the salesperson. The lease of 6,000 s/f of industrial space at 1717 Rte. 34, Wall from Wall Herald Corp. to Brian’s Auto Mall. Robert JanTausch and Douglas Sitar were the salespeople. The sale of a 5,400 s/f industrial building at 11-13 Evergreen Ave., Neptune from National Loan Investors, LP to Bluskin, LLC. The sale price was $605,000. Brian Murphy and William Sitar Sr. were the salespeople. The lease of 5,000 s/f of industrial space at 11 Worlds Fair Dr., Somerset from First Industrial Realty Trust to HUS Industrial Realty Trust. Robert Bogash and John Cranley were the salespeople. The lease of 4,845 s/f of office space at 2 Research Way, Princeton from National Business Parks to Guardian Life. Gregg Nowell was the salesperson. The lease of 2,520 s/f of industrial space at 60 Northampton, Toms River from Benn Associates to B. Oliver Designs. Helena Loelius was the salesperson.
