Burns Scalo Real Estate is planning to develop one 150,000 s/f class A high-rise office building inside PTC. The URA controlled river lot, located across the water from SouthSide Works and adjacent to Oakland, received this attention grabbing news from the company as of late. The riverfront land choice was an interesting twist coming from Burns Scalo, who’s area of expertise has been primarily suburban class-A campuses.
