Akelius has acquired 168 multi-family units totaling $34 million



Akelius acquires 168 apartments in Washington, DC. Both of the properties were built in 1927. The properties are located five kilometers east of the White House in close proximity to Capitol Hill and the H Street corridor. Capitol East Apartments are located at 816 E St. NE and features 120 units 518 9th St NE. Lexington Apartments are located at 1114 F St NE and features 48 units. READ MORE
