Progress Capital 220 Fifth Avenue Manhattan, NY Leasehold Transfer

Name of Project: Transfer of Leashold Interest in 220 Fifth Avenue Manhattan, NY Size: 160,000 SF and 20 Stories Kathy Anderson, Managing Partner of Progress Capital, negotiated the transfer of the leasehold interest in 220 Fifth Avenue from a subsidiary of Dino & Sons Realty Corp. to a joint venture between Stellar Management and Imperium Capital. Formerly known as the Croisic Building, 220 Fifth Avenue is a mixed-use office/retail building constructed in 1912. It is renowned for its Neo-Gothic architectural style which is visible for blocks because of its two-story copper mansard roof. 220 Fifth Avenue is an iconic NoMad building that has been in the Tomassetti family for over 30 years. “It was important to find the perfect strategic partner to continue the family’s vision and I’m honored to have been trusted by both the Tomassetti’s and Stellar/Imperium to help accomplish the close of this deal,” said Kathy Anderson

Gacek Design Group The Castle 212 White Pine Canyon, Park City, UT

Type of Project: Renovation for lease to super affluent/celebrity clientele. Size: 15,325 SF home on 5.8 acres The Castle is a one of a kind, exclusive enclave. Reminiscent of Medieval European castles, the architecture is classically Gothic with pointed arches, diamond leaded glass, and quatrefoil detail. The objective is to highlight architectural details and modernize the interior to a clean-lined aesthetic with finely appointed finishes. Inspired by elements in nature, cowhides, natural wovens, paneled bird frescoes, mountain mahogany, and aspen integrated The Castle with its surroundings. Elements like alabaster, textiles of wool, velvet, and linen were included to represent the medieval period. As a result, the design tells a story – a journey to a medieval modern ski retreat to experience Utah’s famous powder.
