IMC Construction Chemours – Discovery Hub Newark, DE

Size: 312,000 SF on 15 acres The Discovery Hub is a new state-of-the-art research and innovation facility located on the University of Delaware’s STAR campus. A partnership and talent development pipeline between chemical industry leader Chemours Company and the University, will have laboratory and support spaces for 330 scientists, engineers and researchers who will be relocated from Chemours’ New Castle County facilities. The 312,000 SF, four-story facility will include more than 100 labs, 50 specialty rooms, cafes, conference rooms and 20 “huddle” rooms for small group meetings. The Hub will be complete in early 2020.

Cornerstone at Stafford Manahawkin, NJ

Murray Associates

PHFA Office Headquarters Harrisburg, PA

Size: 39,705 gsf PHFA’s Headquarters expansion incorporates their Net Zero Initiative to manage and mitigate climate change. The expansion renovates an adjacent historic mansion and constructs a new 8-story tower. Collaborative office design includes: break-out and flex spaces, departmental office suites, varied teaming spaces and technology. The use of color, fabric, textures, lighting, and ergonomic work stations create a “Staff Focused” workplace. This LEED Platinum & Passive House expansion is the only one of its kind in the United States, to date. The design utilizes Electrochromic glass, exterior VRF Units, Photovoltaic systems, a Living Roof and cantilevering the tower over the historic building.
