St. Anne’s Campus Columbia, PA

Size: 86,400 SF 17 duplex cottages, three independent living apartment buildings, and a community center will be added on the existing St. Anne’s campus. The Independent Living buildings feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans with up to 1,366 SF of large, open living and kitchen spaces with personal resident customization. The duplex cottages will feature one- and two-bedroom floor plans with up to 1,498 SF of large, open living and kitchen spaces where each resident will have the opportunity to customize their own home. The cottages will feature a private garage and a patio.

Anticipated 2018 completion.

Murray Associates FCFP Williamsport, PA

Size: 15,632 gsf The Adaptive Reuse of a 1901 Social Club maintains the exterior historic elements of the two separate buildings while merging the two buildings interiors into one corporate space that preserves selected historic elements. The interior design elements emulate FCFP’s progressive and innovative mission while providing a state-of-the-art facility. Their new Headquarters houses administrative suites, large & small meeting spaces, a Kitchenette, one-of a-kind custom Donor Recognition Area, and a Non-Profit Center. This building now serves as a convener of communities, a support network for non-profits and a catalyst for addressing ever-changing social, economic and cultural challenges across the region.

MPN Realty, Inc. Graham Building/30 S. 15th St. Philadelphia, PA

Size: 10,431 SF Broker: Veronica Blum Leased to youth-focused incubator The Hive. Finding a home for The Hive in The Graham Building at Dilworth Park was integral in the mission of creating exciting, accessible, inspiring space in a building with panache. The nonprofit youth driven incubator needed wide open space for events, movie screenings and meetings with nooks for creativity and podcast recordings
