Washington, DC — Kinsley Construction, Inc. has been selected, by SGA Companies and ALTA Worldwide, to build the Capitol Courts luxury apartment complex in the Hill East neighborhood of Washington, DC. The new 98,900 s/f, six-story, multifamily building will include 117 luxury apartments, ground-floor retail, below-grade parking and a rooftop courtyard. Other amenities will include a fitness center, lounge and e-bar. The project requires demolition and renovations to an existing townhome on the site that will be used as the apartment rental office. The project, currently in the site work phase, is scheduled for completion in August 2019.
