Woodbridge, NJ — Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP announced the launch of a multi-disciplinary Cannabis Industry Practice Group, formed to meet the needs of both existing and future firm clients as New Jersey moves forward with an expansion of the state’s legal medical marijuana program and examines the enactment of an adult-use recreational program. Members of the group will assist clients in evaluating and managing the business and legal impacts of a New Jersey-based cannabis industry by helping them navigate the complex legal and regulatory framework associated with the legalization of marijuana in an increasing number of states throughout the country. The new group will be chaired by partner Jack Fersko, co-chair of the firm’s real estate department.
