Skanska USA celebrates topping out for IPD project

MULLICA HILL, NJ — Skanska USA celebrated the topping out of the new Inspira Health Network hospital building in Mullica Hill, with a ceremony on May 29. The event included remarks by New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney; Patrick Nolan, chief operation officer of Inspira Medical Center, Woodbury; Michael McLaughlin, Chairman of Inspira Health Network Board; and Gary Galloway, Chairman of Inspira Hospital Board.

The new Inspira Health Network Medical Center is being built under the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach, which brings together the client, designer and the builder to align stakeholders and streamline the execution of the project. The new medical center will be Skanska USA’s largest IPD project to date in North America. The project will bring 400 local full-time jobs to the construction site.
