GETTYSBURG, PA — Barley Snyder announced the hire of Robert L. McQuaide, a Gettysburg attorney with more than four decades of experience in the Adams County area. McQuaide, who joined the more than 90-attorney law firm on July 1st, will be part of the firm’s education and personal planning practice groups and will remain based out of Gettysburg. He has served as the solicitor of Gettysburg Area School District as well as the Upper Adams School District since the 1970s. He also has served as a special counsel dozens of times for at least 10 school districts in Adams, Cumberland, Franklin and York counties.
