WASHINGTON DC – Community Three Development recently awarded Kinsley Construction, Inc. the new multifamily complex at 300 8th Street NE, Washington DC. Replacing a former dialysis center at the corner of C and 8th Sts., the project will demolish everything above ground and convert the existing basement into an underground parking structure. The four-story plus penthouse, 43,000 s/f building will include: • 40 high-end one-and two-bedroom condominiums • Two penthouse units with private terraces • A communal, green roof deck • 18-space underground parking garage • 14 bicycle storage spaces
Demolition of the project is currently underway. In other news, Kinsley earned back-to-back titles as the #1 general contractor in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York counties in Pennsylvania.
