What is your greatest professional accomplishment ? Finishing the 2017 year as a Top 30 (#29) Multifamily Agent in the entire firm worldwide
What is your most notable project, deal or transaction? Selling Frederick Douglass Apartments for a record breaking number in West Baltimore. This property was the first high school in Baltimore to accept black students and was later converted into low income housing. It was an honor to sell an apartment building with so much history behind it.
Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career? My family and friends have been my strongest influence throughout my career. I work extremely hard to both provide and become a resource for my friends and family.
What impact has social media / networking had on your career? Social Media/Networking has been huge in my career as I have found this business is all about people. Different social media platforms and networking events give you access to certain people that you would not have otherwise.
Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in, about your current position and why you choose the field/profession you are in today? I started in this business right after I graduated in 2013 from UVA. I did not know anything about the business, but knew it was a good market and that I would get paid on my production. The entrepreneurial nature of the business was a big attracting factor for me, as I always wanted to work for myself and create opportunities for others.
