Winning MAREJ’s “Largest Retail Lease” award in 2010 for the Harvest Restaurant deal in Morristown, NJ. More recently, successfully completing a 259,000 s/f renewal for a world-famous Berkshire Hathaway company. How do you contribute to your company and/or the industry?
For TRANSWESTERN I have many initiatives - from creatively marketing properties* to creating buyer, seller, tenant, and agency relationships with landlords, building owners, tenants and the like. To date I have successfully done so with many brands from FACONNABLE to a major Berkshire Hathaway company, to Daniel Cremieux luxury clothing, HUGO BOSS, Overland Sheepskin Company, Harvest Restaurant Group, and many more.
