40 Under 40: NAIOP 2017 Deal of the Year project partner

What is your greatest professional accomplishment?

I was privileged to be part of the Cushman & Wakefield team that was one of the project partners that won the NAIOP 2017 Deal of the Year for the redevelopment and successful lease up / Sale to Barclays of The Crossings at Jefferson Park, in Whippany, NJ on behalf of developers Vision Real Estate Partners and Rubenstein Partners. What is your most notable project, deal or transaction?

The agency assignment for ON3, the redevelopment of the former Hoffmann-LaRoche campus spanning the Township of Nutley and the City of Clifton on behalf of Prism. If you are lucky, you get a career assignment like this project. It will be the most substantial redevelopment in New Jersey in recent history. How do you contribute to your company and / or the industry?

I try to set examples for collaboration, hard work and out-of-the-box thinking and mentorship that characterizes the professionals at Cushman & Wakefield. This approach has contributed to my own growth and also helps to support the growth and contribution of my colleagues, while enhancing our ability to assist and grow the interests of our clients.
