What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
Working my way up from the bottom. I knew absolutely nothing about commercial real estate when I started 11 years ago. I was fortunate to have two excellent role models/mentors when I started my career (Mike Fasano and Ben Sgambati) who taught me the right way to approach the business which I still try to carry out to this day.
What unique qualities and or personality do you feel makes you most successful in your profession? Staying even keel is a quality that I believe is crucial because there are so many ups and downs. If you allow your emotions to get the better of you in the daily roller coaster of commercial real estate, you will not be able to be at your best day in and day out.
