What is your greatest professional accomplishment?
Many people immediately gravitate toward their largest sale when speaking of their greatest professional achievement. However, I truly feel the springboard for my success is tied to the year I joined Gebroe-Hammer Associates. I kicked off my tenure arranging the $16.175 million sale of a 10-building portfolio in Jersey City, which marked the largest trade in the city for 2010. That raised my profile as a broker and served as a huge professional stepping stone. What is your most notable project, deal or transaction?
These past 18 months have been extremely active and – I’m proud to say – have firmed up my status as the Hudson Waterfront’s multi-family investment broker of choice on the New Jersey side. This is directly linked to my role in spearheading – and exclusively representing the seller in – the disposition of a 118-building, 2,137-unit portfolio. Combined, the portfolio was broken into six separate packages totaling $328+ million and sold over the course of 18 months in 2017 and 2018.
