Sales and leasing occupy the majority of my schedule but mentoring and guiding new promising real estate professionals that join our organization has proven even more rewarding. Who or what has been the strongest influence in your career?
My team has been the strongest influence to me, our constant desire to better ourselves and serve our clients has forced me to never become complacent.
What impact has social media / networking had on your career?
Social media has added a new dynamic to our industry that at times can deter us from focusing on the face to face interactions. When used properly social media is an excellent tool, but must only be one tool in your toolbox.
