CBRE inks 65,068 s/f lease for Funzilla Adventure Park at Fairless Hills Shopping Center


FAIRLESS HILLS, PA — CBRE has arranged a 65,068 s/f lease for Funzilla, an indoor entertainment center at the Fairless Hills Shopping Center located on Rte.1 and Arleans Ave. in Fairless Hills. CBRE’s Jay Miller and Jim Creed represented both the property’s owner, The Klein Group, and the tenant during negotiations. “We are thrilled to welcome Funzilla to the Fairless Hills Shopping Center,” said Jacob Klein, president, The Klein Group. “This family-friendly entertainment concept will attract people of all ages and bring more than 75 jobs to the Bucks County local community.” Funzilla will occupy the former Pathmark site and is slated to open for business this winter. The property is located in close proximity to Interstate 95 and Rtes. 1 and 13. Other tenants at the shopping center include Retro Fitness and Big Lots!, among others. 
