EDISON, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), an industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced it has arranged the sale of Glendale Business Park in Edison, to an undisclosed buyer for $9 million. Glendale Business Park is comprised of three industrial buildings totaling approximately 68,505 s/f. Earl Lapides, senior vice president of BRC, represented the seller, Glendale Partners, LLP. Sitting on 6.81 acres, Glendale Business Park is a fully-tenanted industrial park that is located near the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 1 and the Outerbridge Crossing to Staten Island, New York. Bussel Realty Corp. announced that AEXGroup, an end-line pharmaceutical delivery service based out of Baltimore, MD, leased 35,000 s/f of industrial space in Linden, NJ at 2020 South Stiles St.. Jordan Metz, senior vice president of BRC, represented both AEXGroup and the landlord, Linden Warehouse, in the five-year deal.
