NIA National Realty’s Gross executes Halloween City pop-up lease in Paramus

PARAMUS, NJ — NIA National Realty announced that Halloween City, a pop-up Halloween retail store owned by the Party City chain, has signed a three-month lease agreement for the former Joyce Leslie building located at 145 Route 4 West in Paramus. Halloween City operates from September - November. “It’s not a surprise that Party City’s Halloween City has chosen this location” said NIA National Realty president Roger Gross who is the broker for the property. “The site was selected based on the optimal location and attractive leasing opportunity and the success it has had in the past. The space is fully renovated and has many top of the line amenities, so merchandise displays well throughout the store.” The property is located in the best known suburban East Coast retail strips and boosts prime Route 4 frontage. There is a residential population of 610,00 people with a daytime population of 311,994 within a five-mile radius and more than 141,127 vehicles pass the property each day.
