Tell us how and when you began your career in the profession you are in:
I fell in love with the City of Philadelphia during my time at Villanova. Towards the completion of my development program with PNC Real Estate, I was devastated that I may be placed elsewhere, so I reached out to my trusted professors who gave me the critical advice of “choose the city or choose the specific role in the industry and start applying.” After one conversation with the Regional Manager at Marcus & Millichap, I knew this was the career to constantly challenge me and let me excel beyond any limits. What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2018? At the end of 2017 I earned the opportunity to mentor a young man who was in the same place I was three years ago, staring his career in brokerage. While balancing a mentee and still furthering your business can be a challenge, nothing is more gratifying than seeing their first listings be won, their first deals go under contract, and his first closings.
