Pennrose celebrates topping out of Pointe View at Aspen Hill


ASPEN HILL, MD — Pennrose, a multifamily development and management company, was joined by county officials and development stakeholders to celebrate the topping out of Pointe View at Aspen Hill, a new 120-unit mixed-income apartment community for seniors. Located on a nearly six-acre parcel in Aspen Hill, the development includes 61 one-bedroom and 59 two-bedroom apartments. The development is being constructed by Harkins Builders and was designed by Architecture by Design. Speakers at the event included Ivy Dench-Carter, regional vice president, Pennrose, LLC, assistant secretary Matthew Heckles, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, Isiah Leggett, County Executive, Montgomery County, Maryland, and Nancy Navarro, Councilmember, District 4, Montgomery County Council, and Stacy Spann, executive director, Housing Opportunities Commission.
