That included battles with a County Executive, former governor, DelDot, and a legal battle with a local commercial developer which led to a favorable Delaware Supreme Court decision in LNWA’s favor. Kelly, with pride, uses another baseball metaphor – “That makes us 4-0 in cases before the Supreme Court”. We are dogged and undaunted in protecting and defending our rights!
LNWA constructed Emblem at Christiana, a 245-luxury apartment community located on old Route 7/Stanton Road, directly across from the Christiana Mall.
